The atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff showed genuine kindness, especially during our unexpected circumstances. However, we found pet hair in our room, which was disappointing given our desire for a pristine space. Regardless, the service was outstanding, and the breakfast exceeded expectations.

beautiful parks and landmarks just steps away
My partner and I had a fantastic time exploring the area, especially with the beautiful Biltmore Village only about 700 meters away, where we could stroll through charming shops and cafes, and the famous Biltmore Estate was just a short walk of just under a kilometer, making it easy to enjoy its stunning grounds and architecture.

A Family Adventure Awaiting You
The location was fantastic. Easy access to everything we wanted to see, especially the attractions and restaurants. The staff were always there when we needed something And you won’t believe the breakfast options, my kids devoured everything!
It wasn't exactly pocket change, but still acceptable for what we got.

The One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Sofa Bed was super spacious and cozy! Seriously, we joked about moving in. The layout was nice with a separate living area, which gave us room to breathe. The full kitchen was a huge plus for cooking. My only beef was that the view from our first assigned room looked at a roof, but they switched us without hassle. Overall, really comfortable stay for the family!
